OC KABA has announced its first ever Texas Hold ‘Em Poker Tournament, Saturday, November 7^th, at the Orange County office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher, LLP. This fun event will allow card players (both beginning and advanced players) from across Southern California to match their poker playing skills as they compete for wonderful prizes and bragging rights. 

This exclusive poker tournament is limited to the first 100 players to register.  The grand prize is a big screen television.  So make sure you register soon.  As an added bonus, there is an Early Bird special for those that register before October 31, 2009;  $100 in extra chips will be given to those registrants.  Don't feel left out if you missed the Early Bird special because rebuys will be permitted at the poker tournament for $60.00 and add-ons for $40.00 (but only for a designated period of time).

OC KABA was established in November 2005 to promote networking among Korean-American attorneys, provide more effective legal counsel to the local Orange County Korean-American community including pro bono services, promote the appointment of Korean-American judges, and assist law students in making the transitions into full-time law practice.  Proceeds from the event will go to support the ongoing community activities of OC KABA.
